can you come and spectate, or do you have to participate? ( this would be my first auto-x, and i dont intend to compete yet.......)

Car Info: 03 Cummins, 99 miata, 91 v8 miata, 90 spec miata
Anyone know if there are any dumb requirements like being 18? Any car requirements? I didn't see any info about that at jdmtheory.com
