It's been longer.

Also Ben are you still looking for a daily driver?

I've been lazy as **** and haven't gotten the entry level HAM certification, which is kind of key for working Blocks. 2 years ago I worked a block relaying through another HAM operator at the next Block up from me, which was probably annoying for that person. Actually come to think of it, I have reason to believe that was you wasn't it?!? Also worked "Spectator Control" that year on Sunday, which turned out to be useful as people don't know how to stay away from the road.
I should stop being lazy, go find a place to get my certification online, then grab a simple HAM radio and volunteer again, yes that would be fun.

Seriously though, we are in need of as many volunteers as possible and I would hope that a few of the North Bay folks could step up to the place. We really need the support of volunteers to keep performance rally going in Northern California and especially the North Bay. This is the ONLY RALLY in Northern California and the only one within a four hour drive (from the South Bay). Us North Bay folks are even further away from performance rally awesomeness!
Come on out in your rally machines and have a ton of fun (and pick up a sweet t-shirt and lunch for your efforts)!!!

We need bodies more than HAM operators. You could work one of the timing controls which is actually a lot more interesting/exciting IMHO.

too busy rag3ing
I do need some new rubber. just don't wanna spend big bucks on my stock tires since I'll be upgrading my wheels and suspension after the turbo.
