quickly turn on hazards, pop the hood, and first thing i see is a hose clamp sitting on top of the intake manifold. then i see the TMIC hose from the turbo had popped off!

WHAT A RELIEF!!!!!!!!!

so glad i carry a small bag with basic tools! grabbed the flat head screw driver, got the hose clamp/hose back on and was on my way!

*edit
now i know why! the light was turning from green to yellow, i gunned it real quick to make it through and the hose blew off at that moment ! lol
what's really funny in the video is i was listening to piano music and it sorta gave it the "music while titanic was sinking" feeling
POW indeed! Glad it wasn't anything serious. The torque giveth, and the torque taketh away.

yeah lol
trying to make it through that yellow light, floored it, it kicked down to first in a high power range, and POW!

i cleaned out all the TMIC/hoses last week so they are free of oil, but that one process west hose from turbo to tmic always has this weird condensation build up.
i've contacted process west about it (in australia) and they were baffled by the condensation. they sent me a new hose too, which after a day of driving does the same weird thing.

i think that condensation makes the hose clamp slippery

That's strange, but it does explain the hose disconnection. Did you notice the condensation before it started getting cold at night? The past few weeks have been exceptionally damp and cold

yeah, the condensation/seepage has been there ever since my whole upgrade. the process west hose just hast that weird issue, but they say it's normal and fine

that is the ONLY hose that does that. maybe because the air coming out of the turbo is hot then getting cooled from the air coming from the hood scoop splitter

dunno
