also thanks justin for the information. i'll probably be driving to socal to visit dan pretty soon, i'll have to check out the campgrounds on my way to get information. i'd like to get an area that has showers... i hear pismo itself doesnt have any.
also i'm not really sure i'm going to collect money... i heard a story about someone who oranized this for a different car club who then got sued becacuse someone wrecked their car. so i may have to be a little less official... and just post all the information of how to make reservations.
either that or have everyone sign a waiver. (not that i think any of our people would pull something like that... but you never know.) any suggestions?

ehhh if people plan on bring dirtbikes/quads it would be better to camp on the beach, im just saying that cause its a pain in the *** to put a bike,gear,food,gas in a truck everytime u want to go riding or to the dunes, plus u can party hard on the beach i got some cool fireworks, bonfire no old people to **** of ,,,,,,,ya feel me??

Cool but last time I was there they were bustin people for fireworks pretty strict like oh and glass bottles too. Hi baby this is going to be fun weeeee. I might be able to get some information this week when I go through there, talk to you later

Vic, im havin a party at my house in modesto if you and Dan wanna come, I have an extra room so you may have your privacy, sorry I never called but I have been busy, charlie should be coming and I mantioned it to Al but I havent spoken to him since, The party will be for a friend who is graduating, I think we will caravan from the bay to there, call me and I will try to call you , and hopefully I can see you tonight @ BDG.

I am trying to think of a plan for finacial situation, reserving a spot and food, I figure food will simply be a pot luck and as for the reservation im still thinking...

This looks like it will be fun, I've never been to pismo before. Oh and James you should bring your truck dude, I guess that's what you'd be planning on right? I'll know later in the summer if I can go since my college classes start late August.

I have a Suby and know for a fact it wouldn't make it too far on sand highway(Pismo). As for as driving it on the sand near the entrance it would be cool until the rangers pull you over for speeding or exhibition of speed. Even though you are not on a paved raod you can still break the laws.... I used to have a 99 silverado with a 9inch lift and got a huge $350 dollar ticket. It wasn't cool because like 3 months later i had to drive down there just to fight it. Either bring your truck and go to the back where the laws don't apply or park it and take pictures before you make a fool out of yourself by trying to go into the back and either get stuck or break something...... Pismo is one of my favorite places but not in my Suby.
