yeah thats a great idea... that way he waits for you to leave then busts you when your on the public road after leaving.

Hey Daniel, this is Jerome, the one with the 2.5i wagon with Subaru Boxer stickers. It sucks what happened to you and to us, but I'm under the impression that you're somewhat upset- at us. You said, above, one of us needs to grow a pair and stand up to him. It's not really about that at all. While you were talking to him, the group of us, even your GF, was talking about how unfair the cop was. Even myself, I wanted to go and shine my flashlight and check his VIN#, maybe you even saw me with my flashlight, but I didn't. I know that if I did something, I'd get bashed on because of the stereotype of young delinquent kids plus my lack of self-confidence, because I'm 18. I don't know the full extent of my rights or the law, because I usually don't get mixed up with the law, but you don't have to know all of that to understand that trying to stand up to a cop is risky, no matter how right you are. They've got authority.

Of course this is my own opinion and I mean no harm. I know you're older than me and I also mean no disrespect. Just expressing my right of freedom of speech. And, I stayed until you were let off, that was all the support I could give.

You are very amiable sir. I completely agree, and believe me none of the comments were directed at anyone in particular. I appreciate all the support I had, I would have thought most would have left.

We will achieve victory, next Friday I will have permission by the landlord.
On top of that I will be equipped with people that can talk to an officer and let him know he is stepping out of his boundries.

I appreciate the sincerity and like I said I am not mad at anyone...I'm actually glad people showed up to see the misconduct happen. Wish my gf could have saved the video, she had live feed from my phone cam!

I can understand, it is only natural for people to be afraid scared, but we need to band up and let him know we have rights.

 

I completely understand your point Daniel. If you decide to get the landlords permission and find ways to get the cops off of us, you will be basically pissing him off and he will do the same thing to you in return.

Basically what I'm saying is if you find little things on the cop, the cop will do the same exact thing to you when you go out on the public road and he pulls you over. You could do whatever you would like, but if it were me, I would try to find another place to hang out and meet at.

Jourdan the conclusion that Chase and I have reached is we should stay at that spot, and just calmly and collectively assert our rights, as well ask "What reason, I'm unclear..."
