Kinda crappy to look at it that way, that spot should have lasted a little.

Can't believe that spot got blown up.
Technically if we all were stock 100% we could have stayed.
The property owner has to actually want us out, and have called the cops.
Without that complaint we have the right to gather.

We also weren't loitering, unless some of you are prostitutes and drug dealers.

you guys shouldnt have had leave.

The First Amendment says that people have the right to gather in public to march, protest, demonstrate, carry signs and otherwise express their views in a nonviolent way. It also means people can join and associate with groups and organizations without interference.

this sucks cuz i was planning on going out next week

You are 100% correct, but remember this does not prevent police misconduct. In other words, yes we had that right. We had the right to be there, should have been left alone, but because one powertrippingpoliceass had a bad day, he made us have a bad day. Police misconduct, always happening...

The cop stated "Everyone should leave or else I will start handing out tickets after I'm through with him (50cal).".

GO STRAIGHT TO HELL MR. DUMSHIZ

Yeh the cop was gay, but I mean, were still very lucky and I mean he wasn't THAT bad. If he wanted to, he could have called back up and blocked us in and then handed tickets to EVERYONE and not just front plates if you know what I mean. But yeh he did ruin our night and split out meet, but we need to find a better place.

I'm pretty sure everyone that left and went out the other side of the lot **** their pants when they saw the other cop there LOL.

Cops in SJ think their the ****, so he said all the cars without license plates better be gone before I finish with this one (Dan's STi). You are right though, he was just threating us to leave, but he can NOT give ANYONE a ticket in a parking lot unless we are endangering someones life or if the owner of that parking lot called the cops on us. We are customers and we did eat at In-n-Out so I don't understand how they would tell us to leave. The cop just tried to scare us and break us up by saying I'll write up tickets, but in the end, he didn't write up Dan a ticket and just gave him a warning cause he knew he can't write a ticket in a parking lot. Now if we were driving on public roads, we would of been screwed lol.

i know a couple of cops here in Dublin and Pleasanton and they tell me that the law has no power over anyone in a parking lot of a business. this is considered a Private Property and he has no power there unless someone called and reported a crime. So someone has to stand up to him and ask him very nicely, what law did we break and remind him that this is a private property. how does he know that this private property does not belong to one of you as owners of the property.

Well I wasn't going to say anything, he was singling me out.
One of you need to grow a pair and stand up to him.
Trust me I would have but didn't feel like being detained.
