CANCELED: SAC Raceway: Wednesday August 18.
I'm not working Wednesday night, 8/18, so I was thinking it might be fun to hit the raceway. Anybody interested?
Cost to race: $15
Cost to watch: $6
Raceway page: http://www.sacramentoraceway.com/sacwednite.htm
Map of track area: http://www.sacramentoraceway.com/saclocalareamap.htm
Directions
From Davis/West Sac: Hwy 50 EAST to Bradshaw Rd. Exit Bradshaw and turn right at end of ramp. Turn left on to Jackson Hwy. Follow Jackson Hwy. to Excelsior Rd. and turn left. Track is ahead on your right - can't miss it.
From Folsom/East of Sunrise: Hwy 50 WEST to Sunrise. Turn left at end of ramp. Follow Sunrise to Jackson Hwy. Turn right on to Jackson Hwy. and follow to Excelsior Rd. Turn right on to Excelsior. Track is on your right - can't miss it.
What to bring
# Sweatshirt or jacket. Doubt it will be cold, but it would suck if it were and you had no warm clothes
# White shoe cleaner - like that stuff by Kiwi that has the sponge on the top.
# Moneys - probably won't eat there but you'll need cash money to get in.
Where to meet us
S-Squared in Rancho Cordova!! Get there around 3:45pm so we can leave about 4 to get to the track early enough to get the most early runs possible.
Post if you wanna go

I think that I may go... I'd only go to watch. Um, I don't think that I would be able to make it down to the shop (I am in the Roseville office) but I could just meet up with you guys later down at the track...

Nm, I have confirmed.. and yes there will be 2 hours of Family Guy this week and next week, but they are the old episodes... the new ones won't begin until early 2005. So, I'll still plan on coming unless something comes up
