When I get a chance I'd make it out. I've had my car for a while now and I've still never been to a meet! I can't think of any good places to park, off the top of my head.

Bay Street is a good idea, there's lots of places to eat and it's fun to hear a Suby's exhaust in the structure Plus it's not too crowded in the higher levels and on weekdays.

I'm down with Bay Street. We tried this spot a few months ago, but we never set a fixed weekday.

Hey all the berkeley people, who's free monday night? I'm gonna head up to the concord meet, and who wants to caravan up there? The meet is at 8pm, we can meet up somewhere and make a group caravan to fry's and then to the meet...

As for Berkeley Meet, we can meet up in tilden. I know a parking lot plenty of space, although it would have to be daytime. Its up spruce.

OR

There is inspiration point along wildcat canyon(if you go straight up spruce and continue, it turns into wildcat). Any cyclist road or mtn should know these two places I'm talking about.

Is there a Berkeley meet going on or what? I still refuse to go on campus though.

I think that the best place is the Rockridge BART station. It's right down the street from Zack's on College, and it's totally empty weekday nights. Plus Bay Street charges for parking.

glad to see this thread is back from the depths. i thought of another possible spot when talking to Mark the other day. how about the parking lot up by Lawerence Berkeley Lab right under grizzly peak. i always drive by there at night on my rally runs in the hills and no one is ever there.
