Berkeley Meet: Wednesdays 8 pm

So with popularity attached to current Berkeley threads on BAIC forums, Mark (chakming888) and I decided we should try to organize another berkeley meet.
When: Every WEDNESDAY Starting NOVEMBER 16TH at 8pm

Where: Rockridge Bart Parking Lot right off of College Ave..

Why: Because there are TOO MANY FREAKING SUBARUS in Berkeley to not have meet.

We have the numbers and potential to grow into a larger closely knit Subaru community, but now we just need the involvment.

dude I don't think you could have picked a place that is more likely to get hassled by the campus PD, is it even legal for non-students to drive into that lot?

We are always up for suggestions on where to meet. We were thinking about Underhill, but then Underhill is close down now for construction, we can't do it there anymore. Maybe we can do it North side, like the Foothill Parking lot. it is pretty dead there. I do understand the concern of the Barrow parking lot, since it is right next to UCPD, but Jon and I are just throwing out idea.

So how does Foothill parking lot sound? if there is a better place. Plz tell. =D

I guess I'm down to meet up. I'll have to walk over cause I left my car in Newark the Fremont area. I wasn't willing to pay an extra $70/month just to park my car car the house I'm staying at. That and I wasn't looking to pay the $300 UC parking permit either.

this is a UCB noob question: Is this the parking lot on Hearst right next to Etcheverry?

hm....there is two parking lots on each side of Etcheverry.
The one I think we should meet up at is closer to foothill, right across from Cory Hall, if you are going up on Hearst, u will have to pass Etcheverry first in order to get to this parking lot. This Parking lot has three levels.

I can see this meet is failing. Well, for the most part I'm down to meet up. Just hit me back when we meet.
