1. Push down the street at comfortable speed
2. Snap tail of board down to the cement
3. Lift / slide your front foot forward on the board
4. Lift your back foot to level out in the air
5. Keep feet in position till you hit the ground
6. Land back on earth and roll away cleeean

Of course when learning this for the first time you gotta repeat steps 1-6 like a bazillion times but you'll get the hang of it.

Yeah okay, I need someone to scrap me off the ground when the board flies from under me. Tried that a few times already.

I'd use the cracks in your driveway to get your ollie down, then you can start pushing down the street

Now on with the next generation of skateboarders...

I just order a skateboard and signed up my daughter for a safety lesson at the Pacifica skate park. Hopefully the lesson will appease my wife for starting my daughter on skateboarding.

Look at it as an investment. It'll pay off when she's pro endorsing video games and shoes.

That's what I keep saying! They both only need to get over the cuts, bruises and broken bones!!

Glad you are doing better, Marc. When will you get to go boarding again?
