It's basically the same process as doing one into a GC Impreza. I've done those. One thing you should decide before starting is if you want to try and use a WRX ECU to run your car or use a standalone system to run the engine and keep the stock ECU to run all the rest of the stuff in your car.
Also think of what your ultimate goal is as far as power and driveability.
Basically you will need the engine, tranny and rear diff, ECU and wiring harness, subframe and front sway bar. With the engine you also need headers, uppipe and downpipe (unless you plan on going aftermarket). You will also need a catback system. If you plan on doing performance beyond just the swap, better to do it now. The one I did we also did an PDE up-pipe and down-pipe, DP-back exhast, oil pressure guage and boost guage.
There are a few bits and pieces needed but I will have to check the spec sheet to remember....or maybe someone else can fill in the blancks.

Some guys in Toronto did it a while ago. Lets see if I can dig up the thread...

Also, dig around a lot on nabisco and here. If you are going to actually do this, i would highly suggest also calling I-speed or another speed shop like that that does swaps fairly reguarly as it is not as easy as it sounds. The mounting of the engine and tranny is easy, but the tough part comes in the wiring which takes even a vetran mechanic 35+ hours to work though.
