I have a 2000 legacy sedan gt and right now I am using a flowmaster 40 series muffler. I removed the second cat and the resonator, it sounds alright but I am looking to gut out the 3rd cat. I like exhaust that sounds very "individual". I ran the car strait pipe out of the first muffler without the flowmaster for a while and liked the cut tone. I don't have emissions checks where I live so don't worry about telling me about that issue. I have also heard that the CEL or check engine light won't come on as long as you don't remove it(sounds a little odd) but I still want to try. I also heard that you can buy a bolt that raises the second O2 sensor enough so that the light would come on. ( subysolutions sells it I quess).

SO anyway tell me what kind of exhaust you have and how it sounds. Preferable if you have done some unique modifications like me. I have a welder and I love to use it.
