Engine hesitation when turning right

I have a problem with the engine cutting out when I turn right on level ground at parking lot speeds, any ideals? 1995 Legacy L Wgn.

Let me preface this with:
1- Checked out the fuel pickup points at both fuel tanks, clean and clear.
2- Fuel gauge reads low/ empty after 1/2 tank, cleaned rheostat, slightly better, but not accurate.
3- Could it be the rollover switch, where is its location and how to check it.

Thanks ahead of time, sosube

It's a automatic, changed the fluid and filter every 35 K miles, could it be a fuel filter? changed that about 35K miles. Thanks

Sorry I took so long to reply. The car hesitates and surges when I make sharp turns left or right into a parking space or doing donuts. Could it be the constant velocity joints at full lock binding up?

Never replaced the tranny and the alignment is fine, I have WRX tires and wheels.
