Desperate: stalls, rough idle, lurching

Is it consistant? A cheap easy check is your ignition. Check your wires (all connections), check plugs. and then use an inductive timing light or spark tester on each wire to check spark is on time. if spark looks good check cat's maybe remove to test.

Maybe...

Check the plug wires. The coil pack rarely goes on this, but the wires sometimes get worn through and arc, which might cause this issue.

replace your front o2 sensor....check first with your dealer, there is a recall for the front o2 sensor

check the IAC sensor...... thats usually the verdict.... just my two cents.

check fuel quality...... do you use lower octane fuel(like 89 or 87)?? if you do...... try use 92... since the newer vehicle suppose to use 91 or higher. just my other two cents.
