Desperate: stalls, rough idle, lurching

My 200 Subaru Outback is stalling, lurching and having a very rough idle when I come to a stop and when I start moving again. The check engine light has not gone on and there are no error codes when a computer check is done. It was intermittent (every 2 - 3 days) for a while, but now is a constant problem. No bad vacuum hoses, TPS was replaced about six weeks ago, throttle plate was cleaned. Any ideas? I can't use the car any more and I'm desperate to get it back to working order. Thanks.
Is it consistant? A cheap easy check is your ignition. Check your wires (all connections), check plugs. and then use an inductive timing light or spark tester on each wire to check spark is on time. if spark looks good check cat's maybe remove to test.

check fuel quality...... do you use lower octane fuel(like 89 or 87)?? if you do...... try use 92... since the newer vehicle suppose to use 91 or higher. just my other two cents.
