hey everyone i just bought a 91 subaru legacy and i love the shape of the car but it only has a 2.0L regular engine and i a really messed up automatic transmission thats shot so now she doesnt sork. ive been givin the choice to either fix her or sen her to hell a.k.a. the scrap yard. i really want to keep her so if anyone knows anything and can help me fix her up via the net thanx im just looking for ideas on different engines and transmission would also like to put in a turbo and skirt kit so anyone who wants to talk about it please replie or e-mail me at kooldude1292@hotmail.com please help shes only got 3 months left to be ready

Any EJ-series Subaru engine and transmission will fit, including even the latest STI stuff, but the wiring is a nightmare. Body stuff is, and i'm not kidding, impossible to find. Your best bet would be to get rid of the car and get a factory turbo model, which were made between 91 and 94 in sedan or wagon form.
