Thinking about buying an 07 Legacy, advice?

Pros:
Only 1 previous owner
$11,900 (is this a reasonable price or is it high?)
No previous accidents

Cons:
64,000 miles

I've never had to take a loan out for a car so I want to get this right the first time, most of you have bought a new subie so if you have any input it would be great, anything specific I should look for?
thanks in advance

Is it an LGT? Here's what I ended up with '05 LGT Limited Wagon, with 26K on it for $16900. I'd say keep searching.

The mileage is a bit higher than average. But if the previous owner didn't abuse it and performed all the maintenance, then it should be fine.

I bought my 02 bugeye with 118k miles from the original owner. It came bone stock and mechanical mint, with all maintenance done. It still has the original clutch. I recently took it to AutoHQ for a free inspection. They said it was in really good shape considering it is over 8 years old and has 131k.
