everyones different, the more miles to a tank you want, the lower rpm your going to shift, the less yet more power the higher, when im just crusin and not wanting any power i shift between 2 and 3K... but thats just me

3000 is a nice place to shift in my car, but I have a bit better power than most stock NA BE models. I can get upwards of 400 miles per tank when it warms up, though that does drop in the winter.
