Picking up '05 Legacy GTX, where's best site to find mods???
I'm looking to see what's out there for my 2005 Legacy GTX. I don't know if you know about the GTX, its pretty much a dealer installed package out here in NY. Comes with STi style seats (Black leather, with blue suede inserts), Borla Exhaust, Strut tower bar, rear lip spoiler, and something else i cant remember.
In anycase, I'm looking to find out where I can browse through some aftermarket parts and accessories...any help would be appreciated.
It's wierd going from the DSM scene and the LS1 scene to the subie scene.

Sounds nice!
Cobb is going to be bringing some nice parts out really soon, like a very cool up pipe, AccessPort and probably a radically better intercooler. Much of the STi WRX stuff works on the Legacy GT, as far as performance goes, so i'd look into that.
What are you looking for, specifically?

I am looking to do some minor modifications. This is going to be my daily driver, and I also have to take clients out in the car. I already have a really fast turbocharged miata that I can use as the "real" race car. Also, I have had a 500+hp galant vr4 in the past. Time to be a little more conservative. I was looking to do exhaust (maybe from turbo back, not sure yet), maybe upgrade the intercooler at some point if its still a top mount, raise the boost slightly, coilovers or just springs, sway bars maybe, a short throw shifter, wheels which i get wholesale anyway as with most parts, an intake and maybe a blow off valve if the stock one isnt as good as the 1g dsm ones.

I was at that dealer yesterday. Mind comparing notes? I'm interested on what kind of deal they gave you. I personally thought that $795 for a Borla cat back was a bit steep and opt'd not to get it. If you get a chance shoot me an e-mail at joec91898@aol.com. I'm also interested to see whats out there for this car performance parts wise

yea, the 795 is for the cat back, not too bad though, i thought it was just the rear section...thats a lot of pipe, and its worth it for me to have them put it on, i have a busy schedule and since it wont be made til next month or so, i can drive the car around bone stock first.
