New Legacy DRL Question
Hi,
In addition to our trusty 2002 GT Limited, we just got a new 2007 Legacy 2.5i Limited (Brilliant Silver, we love it). Anyway I had a question about the DRL...it seems all the perimeter lights come on instead of just the headlights, the dashboard says DRL and the light switches are all turned to "off", so I know nothing else is overriding it and that it's the DRL system that is making all the lights come on - even the parking, tail and license plate lights. I just always thought Subarus only did the headlights for DRLs...that's how my '02 is...
Can someone just confirm this is how Subaru is doing it for '07+, so I know there isn't some sort of malfunction? Thanks...

I thik there is a switch on top of the steering column that will turn them on and off when the DRLs are on. Im not sure if it is still in the same location as i have a 2005.

i notice the DRL lights come on when i take off the ebrake.
it is automatic so it doesn't matter if you switch it to off.
I am still a little confused on what you like to find out. Are you looking on how to disable the DRL?
When night time rolls around, I turn the switch to fully enable the headlights and the interior lights(red is such a soothing cloor).
