Ok, I'll be doing a few thing's this evening and among them is the fuel filter. Where is it?

Well apparently it's so easy to find that no-one can give me the courtesy of a response... and you know what...... that's correct. It's painfully obvious when you go to change the plugs on the driver side. It's almost in the way...

In case anybody does need to know..

Find the washer fluid tank.. the fuel filter (factory is silver) is in the 10 o'clock position from the washer fluid tank. It is secured by a flip clamp and of course attached are the inlet and outlet hose's. About 5 min's tops to change...

Trying to stay within the parameters of the maintenance schedule set forth by Subaru I decided I would do the plug's and fuel filter myself. The fuel filter is a sealed unit so it is difficult for me to tell as to the condition of it. Subaru suggest's repalcement @ 30k along with the plug's.. Total time to do this was 30 minutes.
The plug change involved removing the washer fluid tank on the driver side to gain access to the plug's with a long extension. The passenger side involved removal of the fresh air intake assembly.

Pretty easy so far..

Glad I did not wait any longer, 1 plug was in pretty poor condition.
