99 lgt sudden loss of power/bogging
a little background
the car has 97xxx miles, bought it from my parents (with blown head gaskets)
to save time i bought a jdm ej25 from a local importer, drilled and tapped the head for the egr and all that good stuff.
so i was coming home from my parents and noticed the cel was on... didnt think much of it until i exited the freeway when i came to a stop the car died so i started it back up and from there it seemed to not have any power at all.
so i babied home which was about another mile or so, first thing that came to mind was the maf came unplugged, so i got out wiggled it..fired it back up and still the same problem, so i unplugged the battery real quik plugged it back in and it seemed to run fine no bogging or weird idle but the cel was still on
i dont know a lot about these cars, so what do you guys think?
