I'm not a bulb expert by any means but:
Xenon isn't a brand, it's a gas. Some manufacturers claim to add it to halogen bulbs to make them "look like HIDs", but they usually don't. They tend to do alot of blue tinting over the glass which actually hinders the light output. There's Xenon in HIDs. As far as brands to go for, just do a search for HID kits and you should get some hits.
