Hi:
Aside from the trim color, are the STI and WRX seats the same?
If not, what is the difference?
If someone who has driven/sat in both could respond I would be grateful.

The difference is in the cloth material. The STi's blue parts on the seats are something like alcantara, which looks like suede and is pretty grippy. I haven't scrutinized the wrx seats so i can't say anything other than they are both the same seats except for the cloth.

no there the same seat, im pretty sure. just the STi's are covered in a diff material

 

I have the STi's in my 03, I have driven an 04 WRX and they are the exact same seat. The difference is the way the cloth/suede (and whatever is on the 04) combo's are placed on. Cheers

I'd like to add that the JDM STi front seats are a better fit (narrower) for many drivers. The USDM STi seats are wider between the bolsters to accomodate us lardbutt drivers.

i think they are exact same seats, cuz i do own 04 WRX and STI, they feel the same, only diff is the center part.
