where to find factory part numbers?

where to find factory part numbers?
is there a listing anywhere that has factory part numbers? i look around here & couldnt find anything. i specifically want the part number to the driver side wrx side skirt for a 2002 wrx. ive checked subaruparts.com & sites like subarugenuineparts.com says i need to buy in a pair. any help would be greatly appreciated.
