Have you talked to a shop that specializes in Auto electrical?

May or may not help, but I had a Chevy Astro van with larger rims on it, there was a module that my shop installed that you could calibrate the speedometer with.

My van was rear wheel drive, but the shop I dealt with was specailizing in electrical issues.
