Somtimes mine just dont work at all. I thought my fluid was loow so I went and bought some, opened the hood and the damed thing was full. Got back in the car and tried 'em again and they fire right up. then a week later they didnt work again. Very off and on an I am not sure why.

It could be that there's some buildup in the lines from impurities in the water that you dilute concentrate with. It could sometimes be getting stuck in the lines and sometimes it gets shaken loose while you're pressurizing the line and sometimes it gets snagged. Used to happen all the time to me for silicone caulk and the pump in my hair gel dispenser =P

do you wax your car? sometimes the wax can buildup there and dry. when that happened to me, i took a toothpick and just kinda picked at it a little bit. i'm assuing the washer nozzles haven't changed from the '02, but that worked for me.

if its still messing up take it back to the dealer and explain to them what happens. sometimes they pay more attention the second time around.

i never had that problem. in fact, when i read the thread subject, i thought you were complaining about why the windshield nozzles overshoot. mine always does that....it's great for spraying the car behind me on the freeway; it's not so good for getting any windshield wiper fluid on my windows. LOL.

You could have some sort of build-up other than wax in the nozzle holes. Try inserting a needle into the holes (NOT too deep, mind you), and run it in and out a few times. Then try spraying again to see if it cleared anything out.
