Eagle One Window Cleaner. Safe for tints too. Make sure you use lintless paper towels though.

i dont really get spots on my windows, but when they get dirty between car washes i use Stoner's Invisible Glass. use some old newspaper to wipe it off. it works really good.

I think you're referring to something along the lines of meguire's plastic polish and plastic cleaner.

I had a little "accident" when i decided to clearn my lenses while my headlight mod was drying. I used a yellow sponge and some dish detergent, but i was chatting with my friends so i didn't notice i used the scouring side

I rushed out, bought both the polish and the cleaner, and went to work on those lenses. 2 hours of mild buffing and some 3m Imperial hand glaze, and the lenses looked factory new.

The stuff works, and it also works on cds and any other clear plastic.

And lastly, +1 for invisible glass and newspaper

use microfiber cloth when you wipe down. If the water spots are still there soak a towel with white vinegar and wipe it down. The acids in the vinegar will break up the deposits and it's safe for your paint too... newspapers are cool but have you seen your hands after using them? Just imagine spreading that around your windows. I know you guys might be scepticle about using white vinegar but I talked to meguiars and they are the ones that recomended using it for water spots.
