Hey Guys,
I Have A 94 Impreza Ls Wagon And I Have Been Finding Water On The Floor Of The Passanger Side (front And Back) Every Time It Rains And There Is No Visible Evidence Of Where The Hell The Water Is Coming From, I Have Vacumed Up To 1 Gallon Of Water Out Of The Floor Everytime It Rains And I Cant Find Where It Is Coming From.
I Did Nottice That When I Turn On The Defrost A Little Drip Of Watter Comes Out Of The Passenger Side Of The Air Duct Below The Glove Compartment But I Have Not Foung Any Water Below The Passenger Front Seat Where The Ecu Is So I Dont Understand How I Am Finding Watter There.
Has Anyone Else Had This Problem?? How Do I Fix It??

If you're getting water in the car when you run the defrost (and probably the AC too) it means that the drain for the evaporator housing is either clogged or disconnected. The defrost mode runs the AC compressor, and the moisture removed by the evaporator from the interior air is supposed to drain out through a hose to the outside. It's possible that this is the cause of your unexplained water when it rains as well, if the water runs into the fresh air intake and doesn't drain out.
In addition you can also check for leaks at the base of the windshield (especially if it's ever been replaced) as well as around the door seals.
