Anyone know if a sedan bumper "cover" will work by itself with the rest of the bumper parts from a wagon?

To my understanding, most parts are interchangeable; some require minor to moderate modification, but should still fit.

from my experience. the front door windows from a sedan (04-05)do not fit wagons. the sedans have a tab bigger window.

What's your experience?

I ask because I have a sedan door sitting in my shed that's about to go on my wagon. I can pull the window out of wagon door and put it in the sedan door if need be.

Seems strange to me that they would have different windows since the body lines are exactly the same at that point on the car. Manufacturers do whatever they can to save money and having the same parts on different models saves money. Lots of money.
