Roof Rail (un)Mounting
How are the roof rails on the WRX wagons attached? Are there holes in the sheetmetal down there somewhere, or do they just mount to that rubber C channel
Can they be removed and reinstalled? Anyone done something like this...

There are holes through the roof above the headliner. However, Canadian WRX's have the roof racks as an option I am told, so you can get their rails w/o holes if you take your roof rack off. Brian

There's a good WRX Wagon roof rail removal string at Scooby Mods.com. Does any now if the roof modeling needed after removing the rails fits all 02 through 07 wagons? I have part numbers for the molding but it's for an 02 and I have an 07.
