Urgent help needed-2002 wrx hid

Hi boys. I just got a co-way hid kit for my 2002 wrx. It's been hellish to install them. DRL were disconnected. The high beams don't work and the foglights turn on when they feel like it. What are we doing wrong???

Unless your kit is a HI/LO then your lights will not use the high beams...

my fogs turned on and off randomly when i first put my HID's in as well.... idk why but they just stopped doing it. I didnt redo or check anything, they just started working right.

yes your stock bulbs are dual element high and low

some HID kits have a high low bulb but its pretty rare

hmmm do they flicker when they first go on

you may be not getting enough juice

try starting the car then turn the lights on

try lights on with the car off

They come on perfectly. Seems like there's not enough juice to power the high beams. we'll have to run a relay fot that, but not tonight. No foglights **** me off though. I love how the car looks with them on.

im having similar problems, bugeye wrx wit plug and play hid kit using the relay. the problem though is when i turn on my fog lights, instead of the fog light switch lighting up, my high beam light comes on and the fog lights would only turn on once and will only turn back on if i swith my headlights off then on. anyone know what the problem would be?
