Twin Projection Moretto Style Headlight question

I know this is a dumb question, but I can't figure it out...
I bought some twin projector headlights (moretto like) from procarparts dot com over a year ago. They've been great, but now one of the bulbs blew (the high beams still work). I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the bulb out. It doesn't just pull out or screw out from the back that I can tell. The projector lens doesn't screw off (I haven't tried too hard, I'm afraid I'll break it).
I've emailed procarparts and they said I can ship them back and they can replace it if I would just pay shipping... I emailed them back and said could you just TELL me how to do it... man, some people. No word yet from them...
Any insight on this? If not, do you think I could take it to a normal garage and see if they can replace it?
Thanks in advance!

What kind of car do you have?
If you have an '02 WRX, I can say that it's really quite easy. When looking at the back of the light, there will be a rubber "cup" on the back of each light canister. Simply pull the rubber cup off, and it will expose the bulb. Unplug the harness from the bulb, and remove the metal clip holding it in place. Voila - old bulb is out, insert new bulb, put metal clip back in place, reattach harness, put rubber cup on and call it a day.
It's really quite easy, which leads me to believe you have a different problem of sorts. Can you elaborate?
