can you paint those stock side underspoiler? if you could, how much would the paint job be?

 

If you're referring those side skirts on a WRX, yes, they can be painted to match the car. Most shops charge anywhere from $70 to twice that amount. Most shops will do surface prep but some will ask that you remove the pieces from your car first (must be removed for painting anyway).
