Stock Rs Headlights W/ Black Housing

IVE SEEN THESE HEADLIGHTS ON AN RS AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYBODY KNOW WHERE TO GET THEM. THEY ARE STOCK LIGHTS EXCEPT THEY HAVE A BLACK HOUSING.

man, this is such a old school mod.
It was popular like 4 years ago.
I don't think you can buy those.
People were opening up the housing and painting it black.
I thought it was neat but don't see people doing it anymore.

Thanks, but i was looking for the headlights. nut would need the hellas to match the look. thanks again.

you have to do it yourself, you just heat the headlight assembly up in the oven, then peel the front off, paint them black, and seal it back up

oven huh? id be worried of "cooking" them too long and crack them. do you know of anyone who has done it?

plenty of people have done this mod on >02 headlights, i would assume it would follow all those same steps, just dont paint the same things as on the 02's or you will have one nasty looking headlight

it seems like this would be a very nice looking mod, but it just seems too risky... i could foresee alot of condensation in wet weather after a mod like this is performed... but i bet it would look great! old school or not!
