What is the size of the bulbs in the 02 Impreza?? I have these triple beam euro headlights i painted that look good but i tested them with a voltage meter cause my high beam indicator was on all the time and i think they were draining my battery...Anyone had any experince with these headlights? They came from ProCarParts. Otherwise i just need the bulb size and i'll re-wire the harness.

Do a search for those type of lights. I a lot of bad things about them.

 

I had the exact same problem...For some reason, any cheap 9007 bulb won't work...I asked the dealer, and they said it was because the cheaper ones have a different base size, but after careful inspection for the better part of an hour, I couldn't find a difference between the stock halogens and the ones I bought. Oh well...Sooner or later, I'll buy some Silverstars; apparently, they work OK...

 

Silverstars huh?? Any idea where i could find some? And what did u end up doing just taking them out. I really think they look good since there color matched painted and i have eyelids covering the big ugly whit plastice so i would like to use them....

They have Sylvania Silverstars at Kragen's or whatever auto mega-chain is in your neck of the woods.

 

kragen has a special on the stars
