Recaro and Sparco seats

I'll be in the market for a '02 WRX in about 1-2 months. One of the first modifications that I want to make to it is aftermarket seats. I'm 6'3" and my dad, who will be helping me build the car, is 6'6". I really want both of us to be able to drive this car comfortably.
I've done some research and have read that the Sparco Millanos are good seats for bigger people. We're not fat, but we are tall. So these are the seats that i'm currently looking at. But, are there other seats out there that you would reccomend over the Millano? (recaro srd's)??
Also, I'm wanting to make these seats pretty low, considering our height problem. What slider rails should I get to accomplish this.
I know the Milanos are bottom mount, but I've seen Recaro bottom mount sliders that claim to be height adjustable. Do they work? And if so, how much lower than the factory seats can they go? 1-1.5 inches would be great.
Sorry for the multiple questions. Thanks for your help!!

on that note, i remember seeing an ad in Carboy magazine with seat rails that had the seat nearly sitting on the floor, thats a good 4-5 inches id think...
sorry dont remember what issue or even what company manufactured them, it was a fairly recent issue, i think it had a silver WRX on the front...
ill look thru my stacks of JDM magazines to see if I can find it...

I'm 6'5 and weight 246 lbs and I am going to be getting the Sparco Milanos, but I really didn't have any trouble with the factory seats. I actually perfered not to put the seats all the way back. The height adjuster on the factory seats where great too. In regards to the Recaros. I don't know much about their height adjusters on the mounts. Every seat from them that I have sat in I wasn't such a big fan. That is just me, nothing against the company. I hoped that helped alittle.

just something to think about.

Haha, Sites5, you must be.
about how much head room did you have with the Milanos in the WRX?
with the stock seats, I have about 2-3 inches, but my dad has about .5-1
if we ever want to race, we'll need a few more inches than that for helmets. (that'll be far in the future though)
I just don't want me or my dad to become a parapolegic after we break our necks from hitting our heads on the roof after a big pot-hole.
and, a few more inches would be nice just to give me some options with seating positions instead of having the seat reclined so much.
Peace!

I am 6'2" 220lbs, and I sat in a Recaro SRD in my friends integra type R, man it was pretty painful. I think those seat are desinged for people around 6 feet, and 170 to 180 lbs. anyone that's alittle "fatter" than the regular size, you are in trouble.

I sat in some corbeau cr1 seats which are similar to the torinos and they were lower than the stock seats but they were definately made for someone smaler than me. The sides kept hitting me in the kidneys and my sholders were too wide for the seat
. So I am having a problem finding seats that I can fit comfortably into now myself. I am 6'2 260. So I am hoping to find me some seats that fit me this week. This is the mod I am working on now. I have the money now I want the seats.

my friend has sparco torenos in his 3g eclipse. I am 6'3 185 and they fit really nice. Just enough for me, but i have pretty pretty wide hips *shrugs* i got them from my mom i guess. But when i sit right in the middle of the seat it holds me in and they are pretty comfortable.
