Looking to trade (will add cash on top if needed) my JDM V8 STI seats for reclinable Brides/Recaro/Sparco seats with rails. (Fixed back seats are an option but not preferred.)

I did the base swap on my drivers side seat so both seats have the height adjustment. (Compared to a straight JDM swap where the height adjustment is on the passenger side)

Seats are in fantastic shape with no rips or tears.

Yea, total bummer. I'd need to shrunk quite a bit before I'd slide into yours.
