So ive just been looking at the front of my car and i notice like these paint chips that have been scratched off of my car, on the hood to around the front grill. Some of them are circular and theyre mostly different sizes largest being from the size of a highlighter tip. I have no idea where they came from, but there are a lot of them. It was like someone took a flathead screwdriver and chipped some paint offa the hood. Is there anything i can do myself or should i take it to somewhere to get this fixed? =(

 

my first solution would just get touch up paint and just dab where the paint chips are at. if the paint is gone its pretty much game over. you wont be able to fix it unless you put paint back on. the touch up paint isnt going to be perfect but its better than spending the money to repaint your hood.

or you can just an extra reason to upgrade and get a cf hood. jk

 

its from pebbles and rocks on the freeway and s h i t.. happends to like every car after a while, especially when the front end is lower to the ground

 

yea normallly i would figure it'd be from rocks and **** but i havent been on the freeway for a while and they all appeared at once...I dun remember getting owned by several rocks at the same time...less i was drunk =D.

And W5 - arent the 07' wrx hoods aluminum anyways? Light enuf as is it right? =p
