Guys, I need help. I have an Omori Gauge pack which includes a Oil Temp guage, but I'm unsure where to tap into. If anyone has done this set up, please respond.

The usual place for the oil temp sensor is in the drain plug. The optional factory oil temp gauge includes a replacement drain plug which incorporates the sensor.
Your best option is to buy an additional drain plug so you don't have to modify or disturb the existing one, and drill it for the sensor. You don't have to drill all the way through, just enough to make a hole to secure the sensor in place.
