for reference, car is 98 rs with 06 wrx swap, in finishing stages

I'm having a bit of a problem right now. when i turn the key, nothing happens. the battery is fully charged (12.31 volts). as far as i know, all the ground are properly grounded. I am in the middle of splicing for the front doors, so there are some exposed wires, but i've heard this shouldnt matter. the ignition is all plugged in and everything.

im not really sure what to do here, suggestions?

 

Check the fuses?

there was one fuse blown, but when i replaced it, nothing changed

 

hmm re check your fuses and the ones in the engine bay as well.

 

Make sure everything is grounded properly.

 

is there a diagram or something that shows all the grounding locations? it would be helpful just in case i missed something
