My Clock Dims when I Step on the brakes?
I'm wondering here, How come my Clock Stock radio on my 95 Impreza L Dims when I press the brakes, and the headlights are off. but when the headlights are on it's fine because it's already dimmed.. and No I did not change any bulbs.
I figure I would ask here as NASIOC can any be serious about anything without acting stupid.

Well, you most likely have a bad alternator.
When you press the brake, your electrical system is under load. Brake lights have like 4-5 dual element bulbs, which adds up to a lot.
Your clock dims, as your interior lights and headlights most likely if you alternator is not putting out sufficient amps out.
I would also check the battery as well.
