I got mine from here: http://www.subaruparts.com/catalog/?section=373#1729 I love it. They took forever to send it to me though cuz it was back-ordered...

this Subaru Momo ****...does it require the adapter insert to use with our WRX's?

i have the regular **** that requires the adapter, but the stupid thing rattles lose every month or so. i used threadlock on it this past time and if it comes lose again, i'm getting rid of it.

nope. it screws right on in. very nice fit. factory boot just clips right on to the bottom of the ****, just like a stock ****.

momo clips into stock boot?

I saw you mention that your momo **** clips right into the stock boot. how so?

the momo subaru **** has a connector at the bottom for the factory boot ring. no need for screw or separate connector.
