manual shift knob remove
#3
no need for hostility. arnt we suppose to help each other out? I was afraid to ask this question on the board because I knew that someone had to make a wise comment. Yes, the question sounds dumb. But when I tried to remove the ****, the whole shifter removed. So I would appreciated answers and not insults. Thank you and lets try to be more mature.

once you unscrew the **** it will still be attached to the boot leather. and that will stil be attached to the plastic of the center console.
if you want to get under there you'll have to remove the top plastic piece... just look up how to install a short shifter on scooby mods and it will show you how to pop it off (just takes a screw driver prying the back up through the center compartment)
I'm assuming you're changing your shift ****? I haven't done that but I have taken apart my entire interior and I'd venture to guess you'll have to remove what I'm talking about above.
