Looking for LHD masks for JDM projectors
Anyone know if they are available anywhere to purchase. I dont want to cut the RHD masks in the lights right now, as the hot spots will be off since the masks will be cut and shorter then they should be.
any ideas ?

I guess you would have to either make them(have them made) or just come to the realization that RHD lights just don't belong on a LHD vehicle.

the only way that you would be able to get thoes masks is if you got them out of a wrecked LHD head light. there arnt too may around so it would be hard to track one down. your best bet is to bake you light and mod the mask yourself. as for the audi mod, it is pretty bad ***. heres the link. https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...highlight=audi

before purchasing my EDM lights, i considered the LHD mask alternative but could not locate any. i don't think there are any vendors/private parties selling these masks.

I belive the Audi is the best way to go because that way you have those beautiful blue bi-xenon headlights
I see what the cost/risk side of it is though because it would be fairly easy to ruin those lights

Here is my write up (w/lots of pics) of the Audi A6 bixenon projector swap I did a few months ago. This is not an extreemly difficult thing to do if you are careful and "measeure twice, cut once" . I am in the process of converting my other car (an older honda prelude) to a set of bixenons as well. Although this time it's a bit more difficult because the '96 preludes aren't projector headlights to begin with, like the JDM lights from subaru.
Let me know if you have any questions, and good luck!

I think the listing for parts and prices is in the link I sent you. Ebay and some specialty shops have the OEM Projectors balasts and bulbs. Some shops will actually do the retro fit for you, although for a hefty price. .Check out these links for starters!
