looking for a decent but cheap set of harnesses... ?

ok just like e title says i am looking for a set of harnesses that are decent but cheap...

now i have been reading a bit and i cant figure it out... what is better a 3in or 2in strap setup?

also any brands you guys could recommend?

i saw some sparco's for 200 a piece... but what about NRG? anyone know... im not familiar with the lower name brands... i know sparco takata and corbeau... but cant really afford the takata even though i wish i could... sparco's and corbeau's seem to be kinda feasible... but want to keep my opions open any advice?
TIA!!!

trev
