Lighting Replacement Question
I replaced my headlights with some REALLY cheap $150 ebay lights, which look really good but were not wired correctly. The place I had them installed had to do some splicing. More importantly, there is a small amount of condensation that forms from time to time on the inside of the lights.
Also, I replaced my tailights with some lights I again found on ebay. These lights look great, but they leaked badly. I had half of my taillight filled with water within 2 days! I went back to the dealership and had them seal the lights with some clear gunk so this problem is fixed. However, I would like to replace both front and back lights again, this time with quality products.
My question is this: anyone KNOW of quality products out there? I see countless websites, and of course I could follow the general rule of 'you get what you pay for' but I was wondering if I could get someone's opinion on items that have actually been used from people who may do this type of thing for a living.
Thanks in advance.

The headlights you bought are the worst crap out there, although you do know that now you could have done a bit of searching on here (and NASIOC) before making the purchase and saved yourself a lot of trouble. There are a number of threads that discuss the inferior quality of the $150 lights as well as the problems installing them (and the solution to the improper wiring).
Just about any of the other lights available for the '02-'03's are of much higher quality. The STi lights (in both JDM and EDM versions) are OEM Subaru items, and the Morettes, Prodrives, UK300s and Orciaris are all well-made and incorporate true projector units for the low beams.
