I arranged it through my dealer. The company that did it is called Classic Soft Trim and I have been very pleased. It cost just over a grand, a few hundred bucks more than the kits you install yourself. For me it was worth it, especially with the side air bags. It seems I am in the "more money than time" category vs. college days of "more time than money". It's always one or the other...

that looks very nice! does the kit come with door pieces too?
im keeping mine stock as i have a hard time planting my butt
on leather seats...i have another car that has leather and
im slipping and sliding. hehehe. plus, my wrx doesn't have
heated seats, so if i change that to leather, dang(!) cold in chicago winters. hehe

"The quality is better than the after market product."
I am very happy with the quality of my dealer installed set up, but I'm not sure if that statement is 100% accurate. My set up is leather on the center portions and vinyl on the seat bolsters. I believe there are some after market kits which are close to 100% leather, unfortunately, I do not know company names or specifics.
And yes, mine came with the door pieces as well...

PLUS you can get "WRX" stitched in the seat backs for FREE... You can't get WRX anywhere else but from another FACTORY authorized restyler!! (this is the last buy that will include the WRX availability!) GET in on it now!!!
The small pic above (from BlingBlingBlue) includes "flat inserts" where the one below has "gathered inserts" I like the look of "gathered" better myself but I am pretty sure you can specify either... I think the Gathered has that "pimpy Audi S4" look!!
