info: 2002 WRX have had the JDM HIDs on for about six years and only once have they not worked, coincidentally when it rained about five years ago but we fixed it an hour later.

So I'm pretty sure the ballasts have been shot on each side. The blinkers work fine, but when I turn on the headlights they flicker and I hear a "zap" and they don't turn on. Since it began raining I have been having problems, like one doesn't turn on one day, then the other the next day...or I have to turn them on and off three times for them to turn on but now they are completely done. Where can I get a replacement ballast? I thought I read 03 Nissans work but I don't know.
