Installing Hood Pins on a CF Hood

Does anyone have any tips or instructions for installing hood pins on a CF Hood??

You can do this and I think it will look really cool. Just don't forget to lock em before driving. Remember thought that once you drill holes in your hood its very tough to take em out.

Use your stock hood bumper things. This should line them up nicely. Once you get the pins in drill a hole in the rubber stopper and wrap then around the pins. This will help you adjust. Also, adjust the pin by tapping them with a hammer instead of drilling huge holes in your hood. Here are a few pics to help you.

Also, use a really sharp 1/4 graphite drill bit. Dull will only fray your hood. Don't forget pilot holes.
