Unhappy I'm Stuck - What Fog lights are these?

I think this might stump alot of you guys - hopefully im wrong.

I had one fog light blow on my car and i have no clue where to buy a replacement - i suppose i could buy 4 brand new ones - but i can't find any i like - and can't figure out what ones i have since they aren't marked at all. If anyone knows what kind these are please help me - or at least what replacement ones are close to being the same as these.

Unhappy one more pic

these things got me stumped - there are barely any markings,
the only marks are on the glass "NFL-SAE-Y-93" and "HALOGEN RD-4" both of which i searched for and got no results. Good Luck guys - i gave up already....

i meant to ask this... will u be using them for function or do u like the looks? if rallying @ night is your goal just buy one and put that in the middle. then depending on how bright it is angle the 2 outside ones to where the coverage is even.

lights

honestly i like the looks and the function - i think they look cool having 4 down there like that - but i also enjoy turning them on at night for my bright lights and they light up the entire road brighter than any ones i have seen. Basically i want to keep it as close to what it is, but i have a feeling i will have to replace them all...
